Ingredients:
1 thin skinned orange cut into eights
1 pound(s) fresh cranberries
1/2 cup(s) golden raisins
2 cup(s) dark brown sugar firmly packed
1 1/2 cup(s) raspberry vinegar
1 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/8 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Zest orange peel, and process peeled orange in food processor until coarsely chopped. Combine with remaining ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Simmer, uncovered, until all cranberries have popped open. Skim any foam from the top.
2. Immediately pack any unused conserve into hot sterilized jars and process in boiling water bath.
