Lots of fresh fruit--cherries, blueberries, avocado, and banana--blended with coconut, cashews, and fresh basil with coconut milk yogurt make a nutritious breakfast or hearty snack. Ingredients:
1/4 cup dried cranberries |
10 fresh cherries |
1 cup fresh blueberries |
1/2 ripe avocado |
1 large ripe banana |
2 tablespoons ground flax seeds |
1 cup so delicious® dairy free vanilla greek-style coconut milk yogurt |
2 fresh basil leaves |
1 teaspoon chia seeds |
2 tablespoons coconut flakes |
1 teaspoon agave nectar |
5 raw cashews |
dash of cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender; pulse until smooth. Pour into serving glass; serve chilled. |
