Cranberry Cocktail Meatballs |

Sweet and spicy. Next time you need a dish to take to a party, do try these. You'll get raves!!! Ingredients:
2 lbs ground chuck |
1 cup corn flake crumbs |
2 eggs |
1/3 cup minced onion |
1/3 cup catsup |
2 teaspoons soy sauce |
1 teaspoon crushed garlic |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce |
1 (12 ounce) bottle chili sauce |
1 teaspoon brown sugar |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Combine first 8 ingredients in large bowl. 2. Stir well. 3. Make into 1 inch meatballs. 4. Bake in uncovered shallow pan for 10 minutes at 450F degrees. 5. Put meatballs in a large bowl and keep warm. 6. Combine cranberry sauce, and remaining ingredients in saucepan. 7. Cook on med. 8. heat until bubbly. 9. Pour over meatballs. 10. Mix well. 11. Serve warm. |
