Cranberry Chutney

Heavenly as a side dish/relish at Thanksgiving or any winter dinner. Keeps very well. Serve with poultry or pork. Cooking time does not include 8 hours or more to chill.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup grated orange zest
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 small onion, thinly sliced
2 apples, peeled and finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon mace
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
4 cups fresh cranberries
3/4 cup orange juice
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 30 minutes.
2. Stir in vinegar and next 6 ingredients. Return to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 30 minutes.
3. Stir in cranberries and remaining ingredients; simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Cool. Chill 8 hours or overnight.
