I found this recipe in an old cookbook, sounds good. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1/4 cup finely chopped celery |
2 tablespoons finely chopped onions |
1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce |
1/4 cup red wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon honey |
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves |
Directions:
1. In a small skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add celery and onion, cook until tender. 2. Spoon celery mixture into a medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well blended. 3. Pour into container, cover and refrigerate till time for you to serve. 4. Serve with cream cheese and crackers. |
