Ingredients:
3 cup(s) all-purpose flour |
1/2 cup(s) sugar |
2 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
6 tablespoon(s) butter cold |
1 cup(s) vanilla yogurt |
6 tablespoon(s) milk divided |
1 1/3 cup(s) dried cranberries |
2/3 cup(s) white chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Combine the yogurt and 4 T. of milk. Stir into crumb mixture just until moistened. 2. Knead in the cranberries and the chips. On a greased baking sheet, pat the dough into a 9 inch circle. Cut into 8 wedges. Brush with the remaining milk and sprinkle with a little cinnamon mixed with sugar. 3. Bake at 400 for 20-25 min, or until golden brown. Serve warm. Original recipe serves 8. |
