Cranberry Chicken Spinach Salad |

This salad is very easy to make, but when presented looks like a salad you would order in a restaurant. Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast |
1 bag baby spinach |
3/4 cup chopped walnuts |
1 cup dried cranberries |
1 bottle of raspberry walnut vinagerette salad dressing |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 2. Bake chicken breasts for 25 minutes or until fully cooked 3. Let chicken cool 4. When chicken is cool, cut into 1 inch pieces 5. Wash spinach and place in bowl 6. Add walnuts, cranberries and chicken 7. Add dressing to taste 8. Place in refridgerator for at least 15 minutes to cool. 9. Serve and enjoy |
