A delicious mixture of creamy poppyseed dressing, tangy cranberries, and almonds. Ingredients:
1 bag spinach lettuce |
4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into strips |
1 cup sliced almonds |
1/2 cup cranberries |
1 cup shredded swiss cheese |
4 tablespoons creamy poppy seed dressing |
Directions:
1. Place lettuce in a bowl or on salad plates. Sprinkle almonds, cranberries, cheese, and dressing on top to taste. Serve with whole wheat roll if desired. |
