Came from a friend...It's sort of sweet but not quite. Goes back to cooking meat with fruit idea. Great taste , inexpensive and quick. Ingredients:
1 (1 ounce) package onion soup mix |
1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce |
8 ounces catalina dressing or 8 ounces russian salad dressing |
6 skinless chicken breast halves (legs and thighs) |
Directions:
1. Mix first three ingredients. 2. Spray 9X9 baking pan with no-stick spray. 3. Place chicken in single layer in pan. 4. Pour cranberry mixture over chicken. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour and serve. 6. It's delicious! |
