Cranberry Chicken Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1/2 cup cranberry juice |
1/4 cup orange juice |
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 1/2 lbs chicken pieces (4 to 6) |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. Place melted butter, soy sauce, cranberry juice, orange juice, cinnamon and chicken pieces into a large baking dish, turn chicken to coat. 3. Bake until chicken juices run clear, about 45 minutes. |
