When a friend of mine first served this to me I couldn't believe how something so delicious could be so easy to make. Now I never let my family use the French dressing, I'm always hoarding it for when I make this chicken. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can cranberry sauce |
1 bottle french dressing |
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package onion soup mix |
1 large chicken, cut into eight servings |
Directions:
1. Mix the first three ingredients together in a bowl. 2. Place the chicken pieces in a baking dish. 3. Pour the sauce over the chicken to coat evenly. 4. Bake covered at 350 degrees F. 5. Uncover for the last 1/2 hour. |
