Cranberry Brown Sugar Cookies |

Found on a package of Domino Dark Brown Sugar Premium Pure Cane Sugar Ingredients:
1 cup domino dark brown sugar, firmly packed |
1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine, softened |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup sour cream |
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/4 teaspoon clove |
1 cup dried cranberries |
1 cup golden raisin |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400°F Lightly grease cookie sheets. Beat sugar and butter in large bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs and sour cream; beat until creamy. 2. Stir together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves in small bowl; gradually add to sugar mixture, beating until well mixed. Stir in cranberries and raisins. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Cool. 3. Makes about 5 dozen cookies. |
