Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons orange rind, grated |
1 cup sugar |
2/3 cup orange juice |
1 egg |
3 tablespoons salad oil |
1/2 cup nuts, chopped |
1 1/2 cups raw cranberries, quartered |
Directions:
1. Sift together dry ingredients. 2. Combine orange juice, rind, egg and salad oil. 3. Add all at once to dry mixture. Stir just enough to moisten. 4. Add nuts and cranberries. 5. Bake in greased pan, 9 x 5 inches for 50 minutes in 350 degree oven. |
