High, high, high protein snack with that remarkable flavor that is pesto! I will be planting and harvesting Cranberry Beans next year like I have found the secret to life its very self! Ingredients:
2 cups cranberry beans, shelled and cooked |
1/3 cup pesto |
1/8 cup water |
Directions:
1. Shell mature beans. Cook in water until tender. 2. Drain beans reserving 1/8 cup of cooking water. 3. Cool beans and then process all in blender or food processor. 4. May add salt if you desire; I didn't as I knew I would be eating it with salty tortilla chips. |
