Cranberry Barbecued Chicken |

Make this in your oven. Has a fruity barbecue kind of taste that is really good. Have plenty of napkins! The sauce is kinda sticky! Ingredients:
3 lbs chicken pieces, cut-up |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce |
1/2 cup ketchup |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon prepared mustard |
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325F. 2. Place chicken pieces on a foil covered baking sheet (one with sides will help keep the sauce from running off the pan). 3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. 4. In a bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. 5. Pour the sauce over the chicken. 6. Bake for approximately 55-60 minutes, basting every 15 minutes or so, cooking until the juices run clear and chicken is done. |
