Chicken, swiss cheese, avocado and cranberries make this delicious sandwich. Ingredients:
2 slices light bread, toasted |
1/2 avocado, mashed |
2 ounces deli chicken |
1 slice reduced-fat swiss cheese |
1/4 cup craisins |
Directions:
1. Toast the bread. Layer cheese and chicken on one piece. Stir craisins into avocado and spread on the other slice of bread. Slap them together and enjoy! |
