Cranberry Apricot Chutney |

A wonderful take on chutney. Great with chicken or fish. This would be a wonderful addition to your Thanksgiving turkey! Enjoy! Ingredients:
1 cup cranberry juice |
1 cup frozen cranberries |
2/3 cup dried apricot, diced |
1/3 cup sugar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan 2. Simmer over medium heat until syrupy. 3. This should take about 10 minutes. |
