I love making this especially in the summer to serve at lunch time or with supper when I don't want a heavy side dish. I also serve this over pancakes. Ingredients:
16 ounces whole berry cranberry sauce |
2 small cooking apples, cored and chopped |
1/3 cup apple juice |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil stirring constantly. 2. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 6 minutes or until apples are tender. 3. Serve warm over pancakes. 4. Refrigerate leftovers. |
