Ingredients:
3 ounces canned tuna packed in water, drained |
2 tablespoons dried cranberries |
1/2 apple, chopped |
1 teaspoon mayonnaise |
1 whole-wheat pita pocket |
1/4 cup sprouts |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the tuna, cranberries, apple, and mayonnaise. Cut the pita in half. Fill each half with the tuna salad and sprouts. |
