Cranberry and Walnut Coleslaw |

This came from a local paper. Ingredients:
1/3 cup cider vinegar |
1/3 cup vegetable oil |
1/3 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon celery seed |
1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped |
1 cup dried cranberries |
2 cups red cabbage, finely chopped |
2 cups green cabbage, finely chopped |
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion |
Directions:
1. Mix dressing ingredients together. 2. Put coleslaw ingredients into bowl and toss with dressing. 3. Cover and let refrigerate about 3 hours before serving. 4. Stir and drain off all liquid before serving. 5. Slaw will keep for about 5 days covered and refrigerated. |
