Cranberry and Strawberry Cooler |

One of my fav drinks during ramadan. You may use canned strawberries with its syrup instead of fresh strawberries but then omit the sugar, i prefere fresh strawberries. Ingredients:
1 cup ready cranberry juice |
1 cup strawberry, washed hulled and chopped |
1 tablespoon caster sugar |
2 cups vanilla ice cream |
Directions:
1. Whizz all the ingredients together in a blender. 2. Serve immediately. |
