Another family Thanksgiving favorite. Aunt Anna made this maybe 30 years ago for the first time. I jazzed her recipe up with the orange for a little refreshing zip. Yum! Ingredients:
1 pound cranberries, fresh |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 can coconut |
3 oranges, grated rind and sectioned like a grapefruit |
1/2 cup pecans, chopped |
2 cups miniature marshmallows |
8 ounces cool whip |
Directions:
1. Mix sugar with cranberries and chopp in food processor; let sit for an hour. Mix in rest of ingredients and refrigerate. Serve on lettuce leaves. |
