As good as the rich soda-fountain varieties. But this shake has more nutrition and less fat. The tartness of cranberry-raspbery juice makes a lively shake, but try whatever fruit juice is you favorite. Ingredients:
2/3 cup raspberry-cranberry frozen juice concentrate |
2 ripe bananas |
2 cups yogurt |
Directions:
1. Thaw the juice concentrate. 2. Slice the bananas. 3. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and liquefy. |
