This is a great treat for a hot day. Smooth mixture of berries and juice. Ingredients:
1 cup low-calorie cran-raspberry juice |
1 banana (frozen, cut into chunks) |
6 frozen strawberries |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
ice cube |
Directions:
1. Blend till you get desired consistency. Add as many ice cubes as needed. 2. Also may add sugar to taste. I prefer not to. |
