1 cup frozen cranberries |
1 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened blueberries |
1 medium banana, cut up |
1/2 cup 2% milk |
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt |
1 tablespoon honey |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 3 servings. |
