Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) bag fresh cranberries |
1 1/2 cups apricot preserves |
1 tablespoon cinnamon |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2/3 cup orange juice |
Directions:
1. put apricot preserves, cinnamon, sugar and orange juice in large saucepan and bring to a boil. 2. add cranberries and bring mixture back to a boil. 3. simmer till sauce is thickened and cranberries have popped. 4. put mixture in a food mill and process till solids are separated. 5. let cool and serve! |
