Something I came up with while trying to figure out what to do with some apples.
Ingredients:
6 small apples
3/4 c dried cranberries
1 oz walnut halves
Directions:
1. Chop apples into small pieces, place in a mixture of water with a little lemon juice. Drain.
2. Chop walnut halves and put in a bowl. Add apples and cranberries. Stir and enjoy!
