Four ingredients and three steps, you can't beat this tasty side dish. I love the tartness this salad offers. (This comes from Quick Cooking May/June 1999) Cook time is chill time. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce |
1 medium unpeeled tart apple, diced |
1 celery rib, thinly sliced |
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the cranberry sauce, apple and celery. 2. Cover and refrigerate. 3. Stir in walnuts just before serving. |
