Even though I have not made these I know I will. My mom was always making haystacks (the same thing with chow mein noodles), or chocolate and broken pretzels, etc. and they were delicious and easy. Ingredients:
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips |
2/3 cup craisins |
2/3 cup cashews (or any other nut of choice) |
Directions:
1. In a microwave or saucepan, melt the chocolate chips, stir in the craisins and nuts. 2. Drop by tsp. 3. onto waxed paper. 4. Let stand until set. |
