CRACKER TOPPED PEACH DELIGHT This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Hackett Estate in Allen, Texas in 1981. Ingredients:
1 large can peach halves |
1/2 cup granulated sugar |
1 stack ritz crackers |
5 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. Place drained peach halves in greased casserole dish then sprinkle with sugar.
2. Crush entire stack of crackers and sprinkle over sugar and peaches then top off with butter.
3. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
