This is one of Paula Deen's recipes from her cookbook, The Lady and Sons, Savannah Country Cookbook. I am SO glad I tried it because #1 it is really good and #2 it's fast, fast FAST! Ingredients:
1 sleeve saltine crackers |
1 large tomato, finely chopped |
3 green onions, finely chopped |
1-1/2-cups mayo |
1-hard boiled egg, finely chopped |
