A better for you version of Amish Cracker Pudding Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten |
1/2 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute |
2 cups saltine crumbs, crushed |
1 cup shredded coconut |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 quart milk |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan until it boils. 2. Pour into a bowl. 3. It will thicken as it cools, in the refrigerator. |
