Copy Cat Recipe. I received a ton from my mom.. Here's another...I haven't adusted anything :O) On some I had to guess on the time and servings if I haven't tried them. Ingredients:
2 lbs frozen hash browns |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1 pint sour cream |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
2 cups corn flakes, crushed |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
Directions:
1. DEFROST hashbrowns. 2. COMBINE next 7 ingredients and mix with hasbrowns. 3. PUT all in a 3 qt casserole dish. 4. SAUTE cornflakes in butter and sprinkle on top. 5. COVER and BAKE at 350 for about 40 minute. |
