Ingredients:
1/3 c. uncooked wheat
1/4 c. yogurt
3 dates
2/3 c. water
Directions:
1. Combine wheat, chopped dates and water in a small sauce pan. Bring to boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 25 - 30 minutes. Add yogurt.
