This is a nice light loaf. Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups water |
2 tablespoons margarine, softened |
2 tablespoons dry milk powder |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 1/4 teaspoons salt |
3 cups bread flour |
1/3 cup whole wheat flour |
1/4 cup cracked wheat |
1 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select regular/light cycle; press Start. |
