An Island treat to be sure. This is a traditional recipe given to me by a dear freind. Ingredients:
4 conchs |
1/2 cup of flour |
2 eggs |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Properly clean conch by washing in lime, salt and water. 2. Pound until meat is shredded. 3. Mix eggs, dip conch, and roll in flour. 4. Fry on both sides until golden brown. |
