Had these at a friends house, just loved them! I think shrimp would be good mixed in, too! Ingredients:
1 (8-ounce) package crabmeat or imitation crabmeat, thawed if necessary |
1/2 cup kraft real mayo |
1/4 cup sliced green onions |
1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) swiss cheese, shredded |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
juice from a lemon wedge |
french bread baguette, sliced in 20 slices |
Directions:
1. Shred or coarsely chop crabmeat. 2. Stir together crabmeat and all remaining ingredients except bread in medium bowl. 3. Place bread slices on large baking sheet. 4. Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat until toasted (1 to 2 minutes). 5. Turn bread slices over; spread each with about 1 tablespoon crabmeat mixture. 6. Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat until cheese is bubbly (2 to 3 minutes). Serve immediately. |
