Ingredients:
1 pound fresh lump crabmeat |
1 (3-ounce) jar capers, drained |
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
2 to 3 tablespoons mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Drain crabmeat, removing any bits of shell. Add remaining ingredients; toss 2. gently. Cover and chill 30 minutes. Serve with assorted crackers. |
