This is an extremely simple recipe I found from Nirmal Khanna's collections. Delicious with toast squares, chips or wafers.. They make a great spread for grilling too. Ingredients:
1 cup crabmeat |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
1/3 cup cream cheese |
1/4 cup cream |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon onion, minced |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 teaspoon spring onion, finely chopped |
tabasco sauce |
worcestershire sauce |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine the crabmeat and lemon juice. Let it stand for 1 hour. 2. Then beat until you get a smooth mixture. 3. Next add cream cheese. 4. Once it's well mixed, add the remaining ingredients. |
