A delicious appetizer that takes just a slight amount off grill or broil time for the baguette slices. Ingredients:
8- 1/2 inch-thick slices la brea baguette |
2 cups snow crab meat from the legs |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
2 teaspoons sour cream |
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1/2 teaspoon horseradish |
4 teaspoons finely chopped chives |
freshly ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Grill the bread until the bread is golden brown. In a mixing bowl combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, and 2 teaspoons of the chives. Season to taste with pepper. Spread each crisp with one-eighth of the crabmeat mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining chives, and serve. |
