I have the recipe for years and I want it to share with all of you, very flavorfull and if you like THAI is the one you'll love to keep. Easy and personally I rated now as 5 stars in my library Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 tablespoons thai curry paste |
1 red bell pepper (sliced) |
2 1/2 cups coconut milk |
2 1/2 cups fish stock |
2 tablespoons fish sauce |
8 ounces fresh lump crabmeat |
8 ounces shrimp |
8 ounces oysters |
8 ounces scallops |
2 tablespoons cilantro |
3 stalks green onions, chopped |
Directions:
1. Heat Olive oil medium hi. 2. Add Thai Curry Paste and Red Bell Pepper. Cook for 10 minutes stirring frequently. 3. Add coconut milk and fish stock and fish sauce. 4. Boil. 5. Add rest of the ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes. |
