For crab purists -Delicious and simple to fix. Serve with tossed salad and crusty bread. Ingredients:
1 lb backfin crab meat |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup light cream |
3 eggs, beaten |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients lightly and bake in a 1 1/2 quart casserole for 40 minutes at 350. |
