Crabmeat Artichoke Casserole |

Recipe from my beloved grandmother. Very easy & quick. Can use 3 cans crabmeat in place of fresh. Ingredients:
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of celery soup |
2 (14 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped |
1 1/2 lbs crabmeat |
2 cups wild rice or 2 cups white rice, cooked |
2 (8 ounce) cans sliced mushrooms |
1 lb grated cheddar cheese, divided |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except 1/2 of cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 until hot & bubbly(about 30 - 45 minutes). |
