Very refreshing in the summer. Looks lovely served in a glass dishes. I use Stem ware with a wide bowl that was intended for desserts. Ingredients:
2 cups plain yogurt |
1/2 lb cooked crabmeat |
6 green onions, finely chopped |
1 large green pepper, finely diced |
1/4 cup minced chives |
1/4 cup minced parsley |
2 tablespoons fresh basil |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Gently stir all ingredients together and chill 2 - 3 hours. Garnish each serving with a sliver or two green pepper. |
