Crabmeat and Yogurt Soup

Very refreshing in the summer. Looks lovely served in a glass dishes. I use Stem ware with a wide bowl that was intended for desserts.
Ingredients:
2 cups plain yogurt
1/2 lb cooked crabmeat
6 green onions, finely chopped
1 large green pepper, finely diced
1/4 cup minced chives
1/4 cup minced parsley
2 tablespoons fresh basil
salt & pepper
Directions:
1. Gently stir all ingredients together and chill 2 - 3 hours. Garnish each serving with a sliver or two green pepper.
