Good warm up foods! Ingredients:
1/2 cup prepared horseradish |
2 tbsp dry white wine |
12 oz cream cheese or fat free |
8 oz imitation crab legs |
1/4 cup chopped green onion |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp pepper |
Directions:
1. In a medium sized sauce pan, over medium heat, warm up the horseradish,salt, pepper and wine. Stir in the cream cheese a little bit at a time, until it begins to appear smooth. Chop the crab into small pieces and combine with the warm horseradish/cheese mixture. Spoon into a microwaveable or ovenable crock. Reheat just before serving and garnish with green onions, if desired. |
