This is a delightful appetizer that I obtained from my cousin Linda. She served this at the last family gathering and they went fast. Very creamy and light on taste. Easy to make and recipe can be doubled or tripled, etc. Read more . for a larger crowd. Enjoy Ingredients:
1 cup crab meat |
1 tablespoon bread crumbs |
1 tablespoon white onion minced |
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons minced parsley |
12 mushrooms stems chopped fine |
12 mushroom caps |
1 egg beaten |
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce |
Directions:
1. Mix crab meat, bread crumbs, onions, cheese, salt, parsley and chopped mushroom stems. 2. Add beaten egg and hot sauce then stuff mixture into mushroom caps. 3. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes then serve hot. |
