Crabby Gazpacho Salad

This is a nice summer salad. It is a great lunch and can be transported easily to work for lunch since there is no mayo.
Ingredients:
! cup uncooked small shell pasta
1 tbsp oil
1 package 8 ounces imitation crab or scallop, coarsely chopped
3/4 cup seeded and chopped cucumber
3/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup each diced red onion, sweet red pepper, and green pepper
3/4 cup salsa (chunky) mild or medium your choice
1/4 cup light italian dressing
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Cook past according to pkg. directions: drain and cool.
2. In a large bowl, combine pasta and oil.
3. Add remaining ingredients and toss.
4. Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
5. I have served it sooner but if you can wait it is better.
