Quiche Ingredients:
2 cups original egg beaters |
1/2 cup skim milk |
12 oz. lump crabmeat, chilled |
4 oz. kraft fat free shredded cheddar cheese |
1 large tomato, chopped |
1 small onion, sliced |
1/2 cup peppers, sliced |
1 1/2 cups fresh spinach |
1 tbsp. parmesan cheese |
1/2 tsp. garlic |
1/2 tsp. pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 375. Stir to combine all ingredients except for grated parmesan. Pour mixture into a deep casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Use a fork to ensure that all of the veggies and crab are submerged in the egg mixture. Place dish in the oven and cook for 30 minutes. Carefully remove the quiche from the oven and evenly distribute grated parm over the top and return to oven. Allow quiche to cook for 20 more minutes until quiche has puffed and is firm and golden brown. |
