This is great to serve when having friends over. Ingredients:
4 (8)-ounce packages cream cheese, softened |
1 cup sour cream |
1 cup milk |
6 tablespoons mayonnaise |
4 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1/4 tsp garlic powder |
3 teaspoons dry mustard |
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese |
1 pound backfin crabmeat, drained, picked over |
2 pinches paprika |
1 teaspoon old bay® seasoning |
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, , combine the cream cheese, sour cream, milk, mayonnaise, lemon juice Worcestershire sauce, mustard and garlic salt. 2. Whisk until creamy and smooth. 3. Stir in 4 tablespoons of grated cheese. 4. With a rubber spatula, fold in the crabmeat. 5. Preheat the oven to 350º F. 6. Grease a 2-cup casserole. 7. Pour in crab mixture. 8. Top with the remaining cheese. 9. Sprinkle with the paprika and OLD BAY® Seasoning. 10. Bake for 30 minutes, until the dip is bubbly and slightly browned. |
