Imitation crab & portobello mushrooms Ingredients:
2 mushrooms, portobello |
3 tbs butter |
1 tbs flour |
1 cup milk, low fat |
1 tbs dijon mustard |
2 tsp sauce, worcestershire |
2 tbs sour cream |
2 cups crab, imitation |
1 tsp lemon juice |
1/2 c parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Saute shopped mushroom stems in butter until soft. Add flour & mustard. Add milk, worcestershire sauce & sour cream. Add crab & lemon juice to mixture then put on top of mushrooms. Put in 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. Add cheese to top. bake until cheese is melted. |
